Minnesota Air shows are great to watch and enjoy for the whole family.

There are several air shows in Minnesota that are great to watch and enjoy for the whole family. The shows are performed by highly trained professional pilots performing air stunts that will amaze you and at times keep you guessing in suspense.

The Great Minnesota Air Show is a two-day aerial event held at St. Cloud Regional Airport. The main attraction at the show is The United States Navy elite flight squadron called the Blue Angels. They bring with them the latest fighter Jets to perform fantastic aerial feats that leave the crowds mesmerized. This is a truly exhilarating event for anyone to watch. It is unbelievable what these Navy and Air force men and women can do with their planes.

They expertly perform their acts during the day and at night for the best visual effects. This may vary depending on the weather and any mechanical issues that may arise. As an addition, there are also hot Air Balloon rallies at the nearby Whitney Park which is always fun, and plays with your height preferences.

The Duluth Air show is a two day event that gives the public a chance to see highly specialized planes and discover their capabilities on air. The show is held every year and attracts tens of thousands of people who come to see the latest military Jets performing mind boggling stunts that leave the crowd amazed.

The show also includes flight demonstrations from top commercial and military pilots. Most people love to come see the famous U.S. Air Force Jets like the Thunderbirds and Stealth fighters. These planes perform precision maneuvers in the skies over the Duluth International Airport for the crowds below to watch. Most people are amazed by the flexibility, power and speed of these Jets. They seem more like an extension of the pilot’s body as he controls them just like one controls their limbs.

Apart from the military Jets, there are also demonstrations of other types of aircrafts, like Marine Helicopters and Harrier Jets that take off and land vertically. People love the high octane action the planes bring, with their roaring noises and speed as they slice through the air. There are also lots of other vintage aircrafts that the crowds appreciate. These include American World War II bombers and fighter Aircrafts, and even some enemy aircrafts like the Japanese Zero airplanes.

There is always plenty of entertainment, exhibits and displays for the entire family to enjoy. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) also displays different space artifacts for the observers to look upon and even climb in.
